What we provide.....

Our online coaching services will provide you with a personal coach and tailor-made training sessions designed to suit your aims, ability and schedule. We cater for athletes' abilities and levels of competency. We will spend time getting to know you, the way you presently train, what motivates you, your strengths/weaknesses, weekly schedule, including your upcoming races, in order to understand you and your lifestyle fully.

Depending on the package that suits you, we will provide feedback on your training schedule, and amend as required, as well as providing advice on nutrition and race day tactics.

We can also offer stand alone training plans tailored to various races, including every triathlon distance from super sprint to Ironman, running Marathon/Ultras and Cycle races and sportives. 

 Our team also provide run analysis to show how your foot lands, including any bio-mechanical misalignments with hips, knees, and upper body. We will also provide data on form power, your foot contact time, cadence and your vertical oscilliation. We will provide film footage and stills showing your run gait, giving you feedback and drills to iron out any inefficiencies and a Word/PDF document on your run analysis. This ensures you're running more efficiently, and stay injury free.

 
Online Training

We provide all of our coached athletes with a very real triathlon coach. Your coach will provide you with the flexible, customised support you need. We specialise in triathlon (all distances), cycling and run coaching, as well as other sports. We use the Training Peaks platform to provide you with a fully interactive training program. 

Standalone Plans

Have you entered a Standard Distance, Sprint distance or Ironman triathlon and are unsure how to train for it? Have you entered a running Marathon, an Ultra, or cycling Sportive and unsure of where to go next?

Why not take the guesswork out of your training and gain the fitness and confidence required to have a successful race with one of our specific training plans.

Each standalone plan has been written and planned with precision using focused and specific training sessions to set you on the road to a new PB!

Run Analysis

Run analysis is a method for identifying biomechanical abnormalities in the run cycle, or in other words, a tool used to assess the way you run. Why is it beneficial? It can identify any running inefficiencies, which would therefore make your run uneconomical, slower, or worse, if not addressed it could also lead to potential injuries in the future.

We will provide a breakdown of your run by Word or PDF, including various drills to help correct technique

A little bit about me...

I believe in time managed, focussed training, which is specific and targeted, but most of all enjoyable and fun!!

 

  • 20 years coaching experience both individual and within a Club environment

  • Coach at Cardiff Triathletes Club for the past 8 years

  • Level 2 British Triathlon Coach

  • Level 2 British Cycling Coach

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer 

  • Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) trainer, Fitness Testing, Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) 

  • UK Anti-Doping Advisor

  • Cat 2 cyclist in my 20’s.

  • 4 x Ironman competitions (10hrs 30mins)
