What I provide.....

My coaching services will provide you with tailor-made, bespoke training sessions designed to suit your aims, ability and schedule. I cater for athletes' abilities and levels of competency. I will spend time getting to know you, the way you presently train, what motivates you, your strengths/weaknesses, weekly schedule, including your upcoming races, in order to understand you and your lifestyle fully.

Depending on the package that suits you, after the initial consultation, I will provide regular feedback (Zoom/email/WhatsApp etc.) on your training schedule, and amend as required, as well as providing advice on nutrition and race day tactics.

I can also offer stand alone training plans tailored to various races, including triathlon distance from super sprint to Ironman, running 5kms to Marathon/Ultra marathon, and Cycle races and cycle sportives. 

 I have over 20 years experience coaching and supporting athletes to achieve their goals and challenges. These range from coaching athletes to GB Age Group triathlon qualification, including European and World Championships racing at sprint and standard distance, Ironman competitions across the world, Ironman World Championships, ultra marathons of 50kms + and the infamous Lakeland 50 and Dragons Back Race.

Online Training

I will provide you with the flexible, customised support you need. I specialise in triathlon (all distances), cycling and run coaching, including ultra marathons. I use the Training Peaks platform to provide you with a fully interactive and personalised training program. Your sessions can be altered depending on your current lifestyle and time available to ensure you a fully adapted bespoke training program

Standalone Plans

Have you entered a Standard Distance, Sprint distance or Ironman triathlon and are unsure how to train for it? Have you entered a running Marathon, an Ultra, or cycling Sportive and unsure of where to go next?

Each standalone plan has been written and planned with precision using focused and specific training sessions to set you on the road to a new PB!
