What we provide.....
Our coaching services will provide you with a personal coach and tailor-made training sessions designed to suit your aims, ability and schedule. We cater for athletes' abilities and levels of competency. We will spend time getting to know you, the way you presently train, what motivates you, your strengths/weaknesses, weekly schedule, including your upcoming races, in order to understand you and your lifestyle fully.
Depending on the package that suits you, after the initial consultation via Zoom, we will provide regular feedback (Zoom/email/WhatsApp) on your training schedule, and amend as required, as well as providing advice on nutrition and race day tactics.
We can also offer stand alone training plans tailored to various races, including every triathlon distance from super sprint to Ironman, running Marathon/Ultras and Cycle races and Sportives.
Our team also provide run analysis to show how your foot lands, including any bio-mechanical misalignments with hips, knees, and upper body. We will also provide data on form power, your foot contact time, cadence and vertical oscillation. We will provide film footage and stills showing your run gait, giving you feedback and drills to iron out any inefficiencies and a Word/PDF document on your run analysis. This ensures you're running more efficiently, and stay injury free.
